We provide, install and program technology-based entertainment, environmental and security solutions for high-end estate homes and commercial buildings. We are looking for AV Install/Service Technician to join our fast-growing team.

On a day-to-day basis in this role, you will get to:
- Lead teams in the performance of structured cabling, trim and final component installation for custom integration projects that include AV, integrated controls, lighting and shading, security and networking.
- Provide all required on-site coordination and communication with our builder and owner customers.
- Schedules and leads field resources under the supervision of the Project Manager (PM).
- Identifies change orders and tracks to completion with the PM.
- Completes work orders such as installing equipment, connecting and moving devices or creating components of autonomous networks.
- Installs systems, using appropriate hand tools and soldering irons, and ensures equipment is working properly.
- Tune or adjust equipment and instruments to obtain optimum visual or auditory reception, according to specifications, manuals, and drawings.
- Performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical theories as well as the operation and application of electronic equipment.
- Basic set up of standard equipment.
- Installs, starts up and shuts down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures for machine activation and shutdown and in line with OSHA requirements.
- May be asked to log equipment configurations and test and maintenance reports through company software platform.
- May be asked to assist with Service Calls under the direction of a Service Manager.
- Performs other related duties as required.

Position Requirements:
- 5+ years field experience as a lead tech
- Experience leading a field crew
- Crestron/Crestron Home programming experience
- Control4 programming experience
- CEDIA, HTA or Avixa qualifications a plus.
- OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour card or ability to get one
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
